About Arka
Arka makes custom and unbranded packaging for online businesses: printed mailer boxes, shipping boxes, poly and bubble mailers, product boxes, inserts, tissue paper, stickers and packing tape, with FSC-certified and compostable options. A 3D design studio lets you design boxes online, and Arka connects with Shopify, BigCommerce, Square and ShipBob.
It is built for small and growing ecommerce brands: branded mailer boxes can be ordered from 1 unit, and unbranded boxes from 25–50 units.
Production, shipping & reprints
- Standard production takes 7–10 business days after proof approval; rush production takes 3–6 business days. Shipping transit time is extra.
- International shipping is available on request.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded once production starts, but reprints for structural or design issues are considered within 30 days.
- Arka suggests ordering about 10 boxes to test a design; a single sample box is available through support.
